🚀Starting Points

The starting point is the basic setup to design and customize innovative products. Starting points are used to expedite the design process so that the end-users do not have to customize from scratch every time.

For example: The starting points may be the different colors that are available for your product. These starting points would be individually linked to each color's SKU on your site. When the customizer is loaded, it will have the color from your PDP pre-selected, creating a more fluid experience for your customers.

Starting points are available through the template editor.

Working with Starting Points

To create a starting point:

1. In the Template Editor screen, navigate to the Starting Point tab.

2. In the Name field, enter a name for the starting point and click Save. This will start a preview of the customizer.

3. Use the customizer to select options to save as the starting point.

4. Click Save to save the starting point.
