Manage Announcements

The Announcement page enables you to share important updates related to your brand that you want to communicate to your users.

On this page, you can control the news displayed on your brand's site using the Announcement page.

Users with administrator permissions can add, edit, and delete the announcements.

To access the Announcements page, from the Dashboard, click Settings > Announcements. The existing announcements display.

Create Announcement

To add an announcement:

1. Log into VU Custom and from the Dashboard, click Settings > Announcements > Add New or Create New Announcement.

2. Enter the fields provided as a reference below and click Save.

   Field	Description
   Subject	Subject line of the announcement.
   Summary	Brief description of the announcement.
   Release Date	The date on which the announcement should be released in the DD-MM-YYYY format.
   Button Text	Annoucement link text.
   Active	Whether the announcement is active.
   Body	Announcement text.

To delete the announcement, click the Announcement > Delete. The announcement gets deleted after confirmation.
